Hi, i recently became a vegetarian and was wondering if you have any recipe books that you recommend?
Hi! No I don’t. I do alot of “tacos” with quorn and soy products. I usually just try things out and see how they turn out!
Trying to eat really “good” food now. I haven’t been training as much as I wanted because of my knee but I’ve been biking alot at work. Bought so much fruit and nuts today, going raw! I feel so happy with my lifestyle right now, (except for the part where I don’t exercise so much). Spring is here, going to dye my hair blonder tomorrow and tonight, I’m watching a documentary about food!
My current weight is 47,5 kg! My body is always self-regulation in a way. I eat more food than ever and still I’ve lost about 2,5 kg in a week (and I’ve barely done any exercises). Well, I stopped eating fish and chicken, that’s about the only change I’ve done.
